Accreditation Canadian Expert Training at SANGU
St. Joachim and Anne Medical Center is advancing towards international healthcare accreditation by implementing service-based standards to enhance patient safety and care quality, guided by experts from Accreditation Canada.
St. Joachim and Anne Medical Center is preparing for international healthcare accreditation, for this purpose Professor Giorgi Fkhakadze, the representative of Accreditation Canada in Georgia, and Alessandro Buriani, the the expert of Accreditation Canada, talked about the implementation of international standards in Georgian medical institutions, international work processes in the clinic and patient safety.
The representatives noted service-based standards helped medical institutions to evaluate the quality of services and implement practices of patient safety and care for their family members at all stages of medical care.
