Interview with Law Professor Shalva Kurdadze

Another excellent publication has been added to the scientific literature in the field of law. The affiliated professor of the Georgian University, Shalva Kurdadze, together with the collective of professional authors, published the “Commentary on the Civil Procedure Code of Georgia”. The aim of the authors was to fill the gap that exists in this field - procedural law - from the point of view of literature. The book was published by “Meridian” publishing house with the support of SANGU.

The work will be published in three parts. In the first book, the general provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure are explained, in the second book, the norms related to proceedings in the courts of first instance will be explained, and in the third - norms related to the proceedings in the courts of higher instance. International practice along with the Georgian is abundantly reflected in the work. This book will be useful for practicing lawyers, judges and advocates, the book is also very useful for students, both from the theoretical and practical point of view.
