On 24 October, an informational meeting was held at SANGU, organized by the Student Government, dedicated to the International Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Lika Chkhaidze, a clinical oncologist at the K. Eristavi National Center of Experimental and Clinical Surgery, provided students with important information on breast cancer prevention, early diagnosis, and the necessity of regular screenings. The session was conducted in an interactive format and drew significant interest from participants.
At the end of the event, within the framework of the "Pink October" campaign, students expressed their support for the global fight against the disease through symbolic activities.
